1. General Information

1.1 Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.

1.2 All commissioned work is prohibited from being modified, sold, or redistributed without
permission.

1.3 Work in progress images shared with the client are not to be shared publicly without the artist’s consent.

2. Payment

2.1 Payments are accepted via PayPal and Ko-fi. An invoice will be sent for PayPal tranfers.

2.2 Half of the price amount must be paid upfront after the approval of the sketch to proceed with the next steps of the work. The completed piece will be delivered after remaining balance has been paid in full.

2.3 Payment in installments is available for commissions exceeding 300€. The installment plan, with a minimum of 20€ per month, will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.

2.4 Listed prices on the chart are an estimate and are subject to change, they are to be discussed and confirmed before the project begins.

3. Process and Communication

3.1 Clients can request an unlimited number of revisions during the sketch phase.

3.2 Additional revisions after the agreed number will incur extra charges.

3.3 No significant changes (e.g., composition, pose, etc.) can be made after the sketch is approved.

3.4 Clients are expected to respond within 48h to avoid delays. After that period of time, the client will be placed last on the priority list, and exceeding 7 days without communication, the commission will be cancelled without the possibility of reimbursement.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are not available for completed artwork.

4.2 No refunds will be issued once the line art or coloring stages begin.

4.3 If I am unable to complete the commission due to any circumstances or before the agreed deadline, a partial or full refund of the total payment will be issued, based on the amount of work completed.

5. Commercial use

5.1 Personal Use: Clients may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., social media profiles, personal prints) without alteration or removal of the artist’s signature.

5.2 Commercial Use: Rights for commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding) must be explicitly agreed upon, and additional fees will apply.

5.3 The artist retains the copyright and may use the artwork for any purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Usage Rights

6.1 I retain the rights to all commissioned work.

6.2 You may not resell, distribute, or use the work in commercial projects (e.g., merch, published
media, digital products) without purchasing commercial rights.

6.3 You may not use my work for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related projects.

6.4 Reposting or sharing commissioned art is allowed with proper credit to [my username or
handle].
